I can't say enough about this mouse! It is literally THE best one I've used since I began working with computers! It fits my hand perfectly, it synced up quickly without issue and moves w/o interruption. It also has a cool sleep mode if you stop moving it for a few minutes to assist in battery life. Both buttons have good click ability w/o sticking or clacking and the scroll wheel operates perfectly too. No clacking, sticking or non-responsive. I mean this mouse just does ALL the things it's supposed to do and does them well. I've posting this review after using it for several weeks now. If it ever goes bad I will definitely reorder.

Bought it for work. I didn't have wrist pain but instead had elbow pain from data entry work. I've been using for a little over a month and have seen improvement. It was easy to adjust from a regular mouse. I do have to change the settings to change the buttons. I don't use the back/Forward buttons because the mouse is smooth and it slips when it try those functions. Minor complaint is that you have to take the battery cover off to store the dongle. I do like it and would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive left hand ergonomic mouse.

This is a great left handed mouse for smaller hands. I'm an adult woman and this is the second brand mouse i've tried that's ergonomically designed. it's very easy to hold and the buttons click quick. the mouse is fast to respond on screen as well. very happy with this product compared to another brand i tried.I am not a lefty, but wanted to give my right hand a break and this mouse has been great. it's very easy to get used to using, even as a righty.

This mouse is very comfortable! I tried the Evoluent VerticalMouse 4 Left, model VM4L, but the buttons were too high for the width of my hand. It seemed well made but just wasn't a good fit for me.One feature I particularly like about having a mouse that is made for use in the left hand is I no longer have to have the primary mouse button swapped. This means when someone helps me troubleshoot computer issues and they remote into my computer they don't have to adjust to swapped mouse buttons, which can make things very difficult and confusing for them.

I have the right version of this mouse and love it. I got the left one as well so I could alternate. It has a new battery in it but it just skips around and doesn't seem to work properly. I'm disappointed because the right one works so well.

Used it as my regular mouse for less than 2 months before the scroll wheel stopped working properly. Now whenever I roll the scroll wheel, the page skitters up and down unpredictably and its movement has no apparently relation to what I'm actually doing with the wheel.

It's not difficult to get used to a mouse for each hand to diffuse repetitive stress. Try it. You'll like it.

the sleep comes on a little fast, but the wake-up click never interacts unintendedly with screen elements, so it doesn't bother me. If it preserves battery life significantly then it will be worth it. Just recently bought it, will update if my experience changes.
