Love that these are water resistant. They did take some getting used to and I do think that the sound quality is a little different but overall I really like that I can workout in these and they aren't super sweaty and gross anymore! These are definitely a great alternative to the replacements on the official website because the price is so much more reasonable and again they are water resistant! I don't think they even look all that different front the original ear cups especially from a distance. The color is close to the original ones and I'm overall extremely happy with this purchase!

These are definitely worth the price their good quality. As far as the performance, the audio quality is good. I can hear it leak through a lot more than the original when it’s on the lowest volume. Although the originals seem to be made of a more breathable fabric, this product uses a soft leather and mimic a similar fabric design but printed. I noticed after the gym the moisture stays on the cushion so wiping it clean occasionally will be necessary since it doesn’t really absorb into the fabric, which shouldn’t be a big issue. The back plastic is black for the grey/white cushions which doesn’t show once you snap it into the headset so it’s almost as if it were the original. These are pretty good for half the price of a original replacement.

I am very happy with this purchase! The item arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. It performs just as described, and the quality is fantastic. I was very thrown off by these when I received them.. So much so, I was trying to troubleshoot some settings to see if it was a 1 time thing. Nothing I did fixed the horrible sounds coming from my max with these earcups. 1st, the howling. 100 percent of the time, there is almost an echo wind sound coming from the earcups (does not happen with the original earcups in). When I press down on the earcups, when on my head, they make an excruciating high pitch noise that instantly gives me a headache.. again, does not happen with original earcups. I was excited to get these for working out with, but these earcups make a 500 dollar headset sound like a 20 dollar headset.

A solid replacement for the original ones - not as good, but acceptable to use while the originals dry up after cleaning. May use these longer than intended as they're very comfortable and behave almost the same as the originals. They do not have a (noticeable) coating, however.

While the cushions are of a good build quality, they are not compatible with the AirPods Max sound distribution. When the Noise cancellation is on, the sound from (whatever music you're listening) comes harsh and produces a lot of echo. Another way to explain it is that the sounds are clashing with each other and disturb the output - the result being a distorted noise that lacks bass and is closer to an early 2000 Nintendo game music. The waiting time for delivery is also a disadvantage, as it's from overseas. I know that we're all looking for a cheaper alternative for the overpriced cushions from Apple's website, but these ones do not do the job, sadly.

These are honestly so much more comfortable to wear than the original cushions from Apple! I'm not noticing a difference in noise cancelling performance either, this is such a worthwhile upgrade! :)
