Update: they contacted me and refunded the cost as well as sending a new unit. All is forgiven. Like I said the light itself is great - buy this one! I'll start with praise. This little light is absolutely fantastic. It's bright, has enough settings to be flexible in use, and is compact. It's light and carries a charge for a long time. I'm not sure if I'm a fluke or this is a widespread issue but while riding, my light flew off, leaving the rubber attachment on my bike. Perplexed, I picked it up and inspected. No scratches or dings, and the light was still flashing. However, it appears that a small screw had wiggled itself loose that attaches light to rubber mount. It's a very small screw..pictured is where the screw goes. I attempted to contact the seller, hoping to rectify the problem before leaving a poor review, but they're not responding.

This is an extremely visible light riding during the day or at night. The color is a very bright blue and is very durable riding on the back roads. The battery life has been great and it has been a pleasure riding with this light.

Great light! I work night bicycle patrol in the busiest bar district in the city I work in. I've tried other red and blue lights on my bike and this is by far the best I've seen. It's small and bright and still gets great battery life. I like this light because it makes me more visible to drivers when I need to get somewhere quick and makes me easier for other officers to locate when I need a backing officer. The different modes allow me to use the light as a backup to my front or tail light when I'm not using it as a strobe. Other positives: A green LED tells you when the light is fully charged. Light rotates on the mount and has an easy to use strap so it can be mounted anywhere on your bike. Waterproof! Inexpensive! Uses a micro USB cable so if you lose the charging cable, you probably have another cord that fits or can easily get a replacement

These little lights are great. I set them on Red/ Blue strobe. They can be seen for a long way.

Sent charger with cable. Cable does not fit into the charger. it's a strange charger port. Does not work.

High visibility Red/Blue strobe with easy to activate on-off switch. One caveat about this light though is that it does not offer you the choice of a blue strobe. Operating modes include solid red, flashing red, solid blue and pursuit mode (flashing red & blue) but no blue strobe. If a blue strobe mode was worked into it's operating modes, I would have rated this strobe as excellent. As it stands now I am still searching for the perfect light that does everything that it could do in a bike strobe.

I use this and the other red/white one I bought for the front, every ride. It has all red flashing option so I use that instead of the blue for a tail light. However, I could use the blue and red flashing mode if I decide to pursue some bank robbers or a stolen car...which I have elected NOT to do on my bike as yet. Nice bright light that stays strong for multiple short rides without recharging. Just make sure you use thread locker on the tiny mount screw, or check it for tightness if you turn the light housing in the mount at all....it will come loose if you are not doing this or checking it before each ride. I could hear mine start to rattle and noticed it coming loose on a ride. One turn of the light assembly while mounted on the bike tightened it up for the rest of the ride, and didn't even need to stop riding to do this. Dirt cheap price for significant safety improvement.

This device was so impressive I bought another one. I checked out some of the reviews and was skeptical but now I am a believer! My application is for an electric scooter at a small university campus as a security guard. Of course, we have vehicles but my scooter can go on the sidewalks and places where cars cannot go. The visibility is incredible and can illuminate a parking lot. Coupled with the owner keeping in touch to make sure the light is working and some tricks to make it most efficient makes this device well worth the extra few bucks compared to the AAA versions out there.
