The only thing I would say and it's not really negative when you place your hand under the unit you must leave it there for 3 to 5 seconds before the soap will dispense people with no patience will swipe there hand under then pull it back out with no soap on it I have used other touchless units you just wave your hand under and immediately the soap is dispensed so like I said it's not a negative just don't expect a quick swipe and be loaded with soap, they are very classy looking dispensers don't hesitate to buy one or more 😁

BEST thing to have purchased in the time of covid! Hands free automatic soap dispenser was super easy to install, we installed it in our guest bathroom which is used alot, and it works great!! Dispenses just the right amount of soap, can also be used for sanitizer as well! You have option to either plug in or use battery, both work great!! Overall 10/10!!!

This is supposed to be a commercial soap dispensers which can withstand high usage. The build quality is so low and the price tag is super high. If you put a thicker soap it clogs the dispenser and you have to spend hour to ckean it up. If i have not already dilled the wall i would definitely rerurned it.

I have purchased 5 of these "Commercial" dispensers in the last 12 months for my restaurant, that has two bathrooms...you do the math. It has been very frustrating having to buy new units because the 1 month return window has closed after they break in their 3rd or 4th month of use. Not happy that such a basic system would fail so frequently and with such regularity. Did they perform product testing? One thing to watch out for is the battery cover that will not hold in place after a couple of battery changes. This is an easy fix – the unit giving up all together after 3 months however is just frustrating… Don’t drill into your wall for these units. It is not worth the bother when you eventually return to the manual unit and reuse those wall plug holes.
