Love the look of this small but mighty product. Setup was fast and easy. When you purchase the system without subscription you will not have full alarm functionality only chimes with text or email notifications. During the set up you should receive a notice that an email can be sent regarding service plans. Make sure you activate service through that email so you don't have to purchase unnecessary or duplicate products. I recommend this product for studio apartments or smaller homes. I also like the male voice announcements with full functionality. Awesome product.

This kit integrates well into the Wyze home network. The monitoring prices are reasonable. We already set off the alarm and I can tell you this company contacts you faster than any other company I have ever had contact me for alarm monitoring. I also added a bunch of other door/window sensors with this unit, and had no problem programing everything per the instructions. Just make sure you are connecting to a 2.4Ghz network. This system also integrates properly with Alexa or Google, and we have had no problems with that. I would definitely recommend this alarm system to anyone looking for one.

Never wanted to have a negative or avoid or dislike option...until now. I have been using WYZE cameras for years - so I thought maybe they will produce an inexpensive alarm system. WRONG! Summary of issues: 1) Installation - Door Sensor - design failure and no extra sticky material provided. They only provide the pressure sensor attachment, unlike other alarm systems that include an optional plastic holder with screws. Door molding prevented installation level, stuck it to the molding - the door caught the sensor - so had to try to install again. But tape would not stick again - and no extra provided. So now I have a sensor dangling, might fall off and setoff alarm by accident. No optional plastic holder was provided that would allow sturdy screw installation. (Simplisafe describes EXACTLY what should be designed - read WYZE designers!) 2) Installation - Hub - Reset button. Not sure if WYZE has bugs in firmware, but if you accidently touch for 1 second the reset button which is raised on back. You have to delete all devices and setup again. Attempted to contact HELP, but unavailable for 3 days due to Rai typhoon. Found blog, followed suggestion to hold reset for 13 seconds - did not solve, had to delete and re-setup all devices 3) Motion Sensor - Cheap and useless. Unless you have no windows with zero sunlight, throw this away. Set on Lowest sensitivity, with shades down and on sunny day, triggers motion sensor incorrectly every 5 minutes. 4) Alarm company - Issue 1 - Does not provide Caller ID or what number will contact you So when they call you - you have no idea if it is a telemarketer or company - shows up just as a foreign number 5) Alarm company - Issue 2 - Does not provide details of WHO they will contact in the event of an emergency - just you are "all set" Well guess what idiots, my house has a local township and you called the STATE Police!! No where in app or 6) Alarm company - Issue 3 - You can NOT call the foreign alarm system spams call number BACK - it is only outgoing. You ONLY can disable alarm is from App. AND though app tells you it is disarmed and you are "All Set" guess what, they did NOT cancel. So I ended up with alarm company with random number calling me, they did leave message, I attempted to call back, unable, 2 minutes after alarm went off, I disabled from app. But they did not cancel and they are contacting the WRONG jurisdiction. Waiting for a bill in the mail I wish i never purchased a product from a company that has NO business or understanding of what a security system is to be designed or proper procedures.

Let me start by saying this is very user friendly super easy to setup even if you are not tech savvy! The app walks you through setup AND IT COMES WITH BATTERIES! I usually wait months to do reviews on products because I want to be sure I have used it a good bit to ensure I’m giving a fair and honest review on the quality of the product but I have many Wyze products mainly cameras several of which I’ve had for many years so I feel confident in saying that this product is made with the same quality. This product is affordable, looks very nice, and was made with quality materials. I’m so excited about this alarm system . It has So many features and ways you can modify alarm settings. If you are looking for a good quality alarm system that’s affordable then look no further oh also the monitoring monthly service is low! This also came with 3 months free service

Used for a few months, Wyze did some firmware updates, now when you open app, press monitor tab… white screen of death! Reloaded app, ran setup all over, after setup it works but once you close the app it’s broken again. Reopen app and press monitor tab, white screen of death. So frustrating, their tech support does not know how to resolve this because it’s an software issue. Worked fine, the the update broke it. Totally frustrating, i’m out $100! It’s all over the internet that it’s broken, just fix it please! Dec 16 update, Sense Hub firmware has an update. Monitor Tab still only works once after setup and until you close the app. Dec. 28 update, app update just released, app fixed. The real question is why did it take them so long? Two months is a long time waiting for your home security app to work again! My take away is the entire Wyze company is in Beta, their products are fine but they don’t really have the programmers and infrastructure to maintain things in a reasonable amount of time. Buyer beware, i’m gonna stick it out with them for now. Mar. 10 Still working fine, updates coming (and working) on a regular basis now.

I already had several Wyze cameras so it was super easy to set up these devices in the app. Was worried about the entry sensors working since my doors are old and do not close evenly. They work great so far! Will be setting up the professional monitoring soon.

La intención de este artículo no contando con el soporte de atención por parte de Wyze/ noonlight, es mantener a la familia(en mi caso) informada de lo que sucede en la casa y formar esta cultura de seguridad. La alarma del HUB es lo suficiente para ser escuchada en la casa y adicionalmente agregue reglas para que también se activen las alarmas de las cámaras que tengo instaladas. Las alertas se activan mediante los sensores de puertas, senso de movimientos y pueden ser configuradas en el tiempo de retraso y como trabajen estas en conjunto con las cámaras wyze que detectan movimientos, sonidos y con el servicio CAM Plus ( $50 pesos por cada cámara al mes con pago automático en icloud) detecta rostros, personas, autos y paquetes 📦. (Solo tienes que ayudar un poco a wyze al inició enviando los fragmentos de tus videos para que ellos ajusten el AI de las cámaras). Es de muy rápida y fácil instalación La calidad de los artículos es muy buena. El registro del HUB en la aplicación, se obtiene con una dirección postal de Estados Unidos, puede ser cualquier dirección y el mensaje de texto para la activación puede ser en receive-sms-free. Ya activado el HUB, funcionara de forma regular y la intención es compartir las cámaras y el servicio con todos los integrantes de la casa a fin de que todos estén alerta y en comunicación (Esperando que Wyze llegue a México 🇲🇽 algún día). **Ya viene con todas las baterías incluidas. (Prometen una duración de 18meses) Ha cumplido en cada una de sus funciones y expectativas. (a excepción del soporte Noonlight que no se tiene en Mexico). Excelente valor por tu dinero.! Installed the system, wyze makes no secret that this isn’t meant for Canada. I wasn’t interested in the monitoring (the component not available here) I just want a security system for my house (if monitoring becomes available here in the future that’s great) When setting up, it will recognize a Canadian address but errors with the post code, must enter an American zip code (I used 90210, my go to zip code) Remember to keep your system in test mode (works normally but won’t attempt to dial emergency services) Happy so far and feel safer knowing we are protected when home or away

Best to stay away if you're relying on this to contact emergency services in Canada. As of now you need to put a fake address with a 00000 zip code to enable use of the keypad and still get alerts. It's still the cheapest service on the market and other than not being able to contact emergency services, you will still get a text and phone call if the alarm goes off. Only other gripe is the volume of the alarm is quite quiet considering it's supposed to ward off potential intruders

Ninguna queja el único inconveniente por el cuál se tuvo que devolver es por que el sistema de monitoreo 24/7 no funciona en México, solo en U.S.A.

Should clearly state in bold that not monitoring is available in Canada. Product returned. Thank you Amazon.
