Sometimes companies won’t offer much support unless you bought it directly from them, is this one of those cases?

I bought this printer through Amazon. There was a feature on it that wasn't working so I called Epson Customer Service. They said it looked like the printer was defective so they sent me a new one while the one I bought from Amazon was in transit using Fedex. Plus, Epson paid for the return postage. Now, that's one fine Customer Service Department!!!

I print 140lb card stock on it daily

Is this printer a good choice for photographers printing photos?

I couldn't be happier with this printer. You must use quality photo paper. I really love the large prints you can't get with a standard printer.

Does the ink come with the expression photo hd xp-15000?
