Flavor is yummy
I’ve been using this pre and probiotic powder and it’s honestly helped me so much with regularity. It’s gentle, easy to take, and actually helps me go to the bathroom without feeling uncomfortable. IT WORKS
This is my first time trying this brand and its AMAZING. I felt the result the first day I tried it. I was bloated, had mild discomfort while urinating. High quality Probiotic
My mom lives in a nursing home and these really helped her better than the generic acidophilus the home wanted to give her.

Does not work in cold water.
I did not try it in hot water as I thought the heat might degrade the potency of the product. I tried mixing it with a cold mixture that I drink every morning. It took an enormous amount of vigorous shaking to get *almost* all of it dissolved. there remained an approximately 1/4" lump in the bottom of the bottle, and it stuck to the bottle, so I did not get the full dose.

Wow! It works
This product does what it says it'll do. I'm over 70 and have thining hair, brittle nails, and stomach issues. I'm on my 2nd box and I definitely see improvement.
