Before this product, I didn't really have a problem producing milk for my little one, but I did have frustrations keeping a consistent supply all day. As we all know, milk production decreases as the day passes by. In my case, I get slightly engorged in the mornings, but around 4 pm, my supply decreases dramatically and then blows up around 10pm. Between 4pm and 10pm, my LO and I were always struggling keeping a latch or pumping more than an ounce. We were both frustrated to say the least. I had to supplement with formula to keep my baby satisfied (which isn't a big deal for me). I just wanted to feed her without all the fighting between us and avoiding all the emotions after struggle. I don't recall how I stumbled upon Legendairy Milk, but I kept coming back to this product on Amazon and kept adding and removing from my cart until I finally gave in and bought it. Here's what happened. Within 4 servings, I felt my body produce milk faster. After 3 Days, supplementing wasn't necessary anymore, although constant unlatching and fussiness continued. Around day 5, my husband commented how much richer the milk seemed compared to previous servings. By day 7, I could feel heaviness in my breasts from milk supply during the times they are usually more empty. By day 10 (last day of supplement supply and the day I wrote this review) I have been able to feed my baby without the thought of supplement or constant fussiness. I must warn y'all though, water intake is absolutely critical for this product to work. There were a few days when I didn't drink at least 60oz of water made keeping the supply up to the baby's demand pretty challenging. Also, I found that going through a stressful situation at any given day will not allow the body to produce the milk the baby needs. I had one day in particular during the last 10 days that was extremely stressful and my supply was incredibly low, lower than my normal supply without the supplement. The one thing I don't like is how this 60pills bottle serves only 10 days. I'll be trying two more of their milk production products over the next 20 days and depending on how well they all work, I'm thinking of getting the Bundle of three products straight from their website with 180pills per bottle. If I did the math correctly, that deal is cheaper than spending $20 (plus taxes) every 10 days for a bottle.

Original Review: This supplement was great for milk production but my 5 week old experienced severe gas, spit ups after every feed, and explosive diarrhea. I’m exclusively BF but wanted an extra boost to pump for back up supply. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Everyone’s body is different and to be fair it did up my milk supply. UPDATE: I added a star ⭐️ because this has truly been a lifesaver for my bf journey. Fast forward, my baby is now 8 months & we are thriving. At about 4 months my period came back even though I was exclusively bf and my production took a hit. I was desperate and gave this product another shot. Boy am I glad I did! There’s so many Mothers Milk teas a girl can take. This time around baby and I did not experience gas or any bothersome symptoms. It’s helped maintain my production with a combination of mag/ calcium. I also take alfalfa supplements. I’m sharing because I know how hard it is to deal with this situation and like me many initially reacted negatively but once your milk is mature and baby is a bit older, at least for me, it was a game changer. decided to try Lechita after struggling with late-evening dips in my milk supply, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The first thing that stood out to me is that it’s fenugreek-free, which is important for moms who are sensitive to it or want to avoid the possible stomach upset it can cause. This formula feels much gentler on my system. I used it consistently for about a week, and I did notice a more stable milk flow, especially during my night pumps. I wasn’t expecting a dramatic overnight change, but the difference was enough to make my pumping sessions feel more productive and less frustrating. My baby also seemed less gassy after feedings compared to when I’ve tried other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn’t have any weird aftertaste or side effects. I also appreciate that the ingredients are organic and focused on digestive comfort, which is something a lot of breastfeeding supplements overlook. Everyone’s body responds differently, but for me, this has been a nice addition to my routine. It helped balance my supply without any harsh ingredients. I’ll definitely keep using it as part of my breastfeeding support lineup.

Be cautious taking a new supplement. Adverse reaction. Everyone is different but this made me and my baby ill. My symptoms were: extreme fatigue, weakness, dizziness, headaches, constipation, breast pain and engorgement. Baby: fussiness, gassy, constipation, not sleeping. Thankfully, I had family watching over my baby while I was bedridden for two days and I stopped the product but constipation and grassiness linger. My milk supply dip afterwards too. Just be mindful and careful. I do see some positive reviews for others.

I bought this as a sort of “let’s see what happens.” I was a skeptic but turns out it works! My baby was very gassy at night and it would take him a while to work out poops. I started with just 2 capsules a day, and I’ve noticed that he is less gassy at night, milk flow is better, number of letdowns have increased, and milk production has evened out during the day. I’m leaving 4 stars because it does nothing for my GI system - breastfeeding makes me gassy and that hasn’t changed. Granted, I’m only taking 2 per day instead of 6, but since it works for my baby I don’t want to increase it just for my benefit and potentially mess things up for him.

I got this for the anticolic, but it still makes my sons tummy extremely uncomfortable. It definitely works! But it’s not worth my son’s discomfort. Which does not mean that it won’t work well for someone else.

I don’t believe in most hacks for milk production but I did use this with my first son and now with my second. I was getting worried since I went from pumping 16 oz in the morning to 10 then 8 then 5. The first two bottles are before I took the supplements. I started taking them twice a day after the second bottle and as you can see my milk increased from 5 to 8 to more than 10 this morning! I will definitely keep taking these when I notice a dip. My baby doesn’t seem affected by these at all.
