I was super excited when I got it and tested it for leakage with water. No leak. I used it and still no leakage. Holds lots of food and loved the design. But everything went downhill when I put it in the dishwasher. It came out warped and ruined. I returned it and now getting the same one again just not using the dishwasher from now on.

Mine has not cracked, and has held up to a week's worth of lunches (I have to go into an office). It is pretty tiny, but that's what I wanted since I struggle with portion control. Utensils are a good size. Pretty good to hold sandwiches, chili, fruits, veggies, and other snacks or salads and not over eat. Good for A lunch, not lunch and snacks throughout the day. Don't get this if you want a stackable lunch box. It is VERY tiny for a normal adult person.

The handle came broken. Bento box and the soup holder does not fit in the bag all together. Bag is small.

I bought these for my daughter. She really likes them. They are neat and tidy. The box fits in the bag well. Some reviews say it doesn’t but that isn’t true as long as you adequately open up all the corners. And I was able to put the cup in too with THREE flat ice packs. The box does leak…a little. I put water in all three compartments and it just dripped maybe one small drop every few seconds. To be fair, the seller only claims the bottom bin is leakproof. It did not look like the bottom bin leaked. Also you have to be certain the silicon vents are firmly seated or they will leak. I don’t see the ridges inside being an issue as long as you don’t let the food dry on the containers. If it does dry, soaking should solve that problem so I am not worried. The divider has no sort of seal so any juicy food placed on one side will get into whatever food is on the other side of the divider. My main issue is that we are told that these are made of pressed wheat fiber…but there is a plastic recycle symbol on the bottom of the bottom-most bin. I’m reasonably sure “pressed wheat fiber” products are not recyclable with regular plastic. Good news..it’s a no. 5 plastic. I don’t think that’s a bad one. I included a picture with this review. The cup is made of a thick plastic. Not sure of any insulation qualities. It does not leak. My daughter shook it with orange juice. No drips. The utensils are sturdy. There was an extra soup spoon in addition to the regular spoon. Overall. I am satisfied with this product. Would have appreciated the honesty about what it was made of. Would likely have still purchased it knowing it was plastic. Honesty is the best policy they say, right?

The lid latch was easily broken so only used a couple times. It fell on my kitchen floor and the lid latch broke into two. The bag and soup holder are durable.
