This lives up to the description. It cleans better than other cleaners - even ones that soak and it rinses off easily. The best part is that there are zero suds when I run the jets after.

After some somewhat disappointing results from the rather harsh filter cleaner "soak" we had used for years, I figured there HAD to be a better alternative that did not involve dangerous things like sulfuric acid and what-not. So I started looking around on Amazon and stumbled across Black Diamond Ultimate (very impressive, especially after I read the reviews and watched the videos). Now, when I bought it, I was initially maybe not so impressed... That is, UNTIL I also noted the Aqua Comb pool filter cleaner hose-end tool (ASIN: B00GS580BC Item model number: 80661) which 'focuses' the stream of water when flushing the filter. The 'comb' REALLY 'focuses' the water deep into the filter folds, and after using the Black Diamond Ultimate, THIS is the perfect combination to complete the task. After using this 'combo' just once, as a test I took one of my older filters which was pretty ugly to say the very least, and which I was just about to throw away. BUT - one single treatment virtually "renewed' this very funky old filter (albeit, I waited about 30-45 minutes between treatment with Black Diamond and the 'hose-out' with the Aqua comb). But I gotta say, after using the original spa filter cleaner for ALL THOSE YEARS and arguably probably disposing of many filters that I 'trashed' simply because they looked like dirty garbage. But this is the answer I have been looking for and now I have THREE nice looking and very clean spa filters once again.. Four "thumbs-up" IMHO..😊

Worked ok. I may need to clean a few more times. My filter is a few years old and was never cleaned with any cleaner only rinsed with water.

I've used the overnight soak method with my last spa filters. Dragging buckets around, sloshing water, the wait, and the sometime residue that would bubble in the spa. Not with this product! Spray on the dirty filter, do a quick chore for a few minutes, (or sit with a cool one), and then rinse the dirt and debris out with your garden hose. Dirt gone. That fast. No slime, no product residue, no overnight. Quick, easy, and clean. Tip: I've found that if you change your filter, and don't have any time to clean it right then, come back to the dirty filter and give it a quick water spray to wet it first. Then spray with the filter cleaner. Good as new! No residue bubbles in the spa. Fantastic product! Thank you seller!

Works well!! Directions say to spray the filter… perhaps a sprayer on the bottle would make this easier…. Instead i used a spray bottle we had…after spray let filter sit for 5-15 minutes and used a garden hose nozzle (for extra pressure) and rinsed .. way cleaner than the soak it over nite method with the former cleaner we used

Au début , j’étais septique sur se produit mais j’ai décidé de l’acheté car nettoyer mes filtres de spas me prenait un temps fou. Utiliser pour la première fois aujourd’hui et se produit est merveilleux, j’ai vaporisé tout le tour de mon filtre , attendue 3-4 minutes et j’ai rincé avec mon boyau d arrosage et en 2 minutes mon filtre était comme un neuf!!! Je vous le recommande

Cleans up filter really quick

The chemical seems to work good but the spray bottle has issues and won't tighten so when your trying to spray the filter the bottle wants to come apart. I ended up putting it into a dollar store spray bottle which works better
