Having Read the one star reviews I nearly did not buy this Item,Dyson sent the new V11 with a clip in battery as a replacement when my original V11 deveoped a fault.The new V11 did not fit in the old docking cradle and Dyson failed to send a compatible new crable. (out of stock)This new Spares to Go cradle fitted the new V11 perfectly and It had the same wall mounted back plate so it took less than 2 mins to fit it to the wall, Delighted!

Experience for what it is for two bits of moulded plastic, but the product is fine and fits the v11

This fitted our re-jigged dyson cleaner and allowed us to use the docking station properly.

Perfect replacement

It simply isnt compatible with the product its suppose to dock. The hoover wont even go inside it. I am trying it with the V11 Torque Drive Click-in and it definitely isnt for that model despite it saying it is

I have had to purchase a replacement unit as my V11 broke down. The unit that was sent had to come with a new click-in battery which did not fit the wall-mounted cradle. I have been informed by a very polite lady at Dyson that the new units that come with a clip-in battery do not fit the cradle and there is not a compatible cradle to deal with this. Dyson does not make a cradle that fits clip in batteries.
