ANDTOBO USB to Aux Audio Adapter, 3.5mm Male to USB Female Adapter for Playing Music with Flash Drive in Car

Was a bit skeptical of how this unit would perform in my 2009 car, but it's all good. Sound quality is decent and everything works as it should. Price is on point for what you get. Overall, good product.

This player is good for businesses if they need to play songs loops all day, or 24/7. It will play first song to last song, then will go back to play first song, and keep continue. Very satisfy with product. Make use you use USB 2.0 flashdrive, it will not read USB 3.0 flashdrive.

Knowing it was only $10, I knew it would not transfer audio files with CD quality but I needed something to add on to a Retro Jukebox I bought to play songs from and the Jukebox had either a Blu Tooth system to play from your phone, I-pad etc. or an auxiliary jack to play from a non Blu Tooth Mp3 player. I chose this device because it was a gift and the person I gave it to isn't savvy enough to know how to use the Blu tooth on his phone and besides, I wanted to make a song list of his favorite songs too. The reason I gave it a one star rating is because there must either be an impedance mismatch or it is just a cheap - O converter for flash drives to Audio converter out because it sounds distorted no matter what I tried, I..E. Using MP3 files,FLAX files or using high quality flash drives. I would have bought a better quality one but this is all Amazon sold in this category.

When I drive, I love playing music in the car. But one of my cars is an earlier model and only has an AUX port and no USB ports. Older readers might recall the day when having a cassette player or 8-track was the cool thing. And then we got the AUX port... and could purchase a hard drive digital player! But technology moves on. This little item is a gem. I'm not sure how long it will last, but all you need is the AUX port and a USB power plug to a cigarette lighter. Plug in your USB drive and enjoy. The ONLY drawback is that you cannot see what song you are playing. There are buttons on the side to cycle songs, but they're a bit tricky to play with and I don't recommend using it while driving (can be distracting). But, if you want to enjoy music in an older vehicle with only an AUX player, this item will serve well.

Great little unit for the elderly (and younger folks too) to play your music from USB without having so many buttons to push eg on a cell phone. There is 3 buttons on the unit should you wish to manually change to the next or last played or pause a song. It also accepts up to 32GB USB thumb drives....that's a lot of music. I have had one unit playing (on test) the same playlist for some weeks now running continuously for 24hrs without hanging or failure... it's feeding my home intercom system, and available on demand when needed. Also it is also feeding my main HiFi system. The audio quality is very good, and overall it works very well. I bought 6 units to give to my friends who love music and hate pushing buttons and fiddling with old CD discs/players, cell phones and flaky Bluetooth gadgets. I set one up for an 88 year old doctor who loves his music and as his almost 40 year old 100 disc Sony CD player had just "died". I "ripped" his entire music library and put all of his music on various thumb drives (with colored key tags for different music). I secured the unit with Velcro to his amplifier to make it more stable for plugging in the USB drive. All he now needs to do is select a drive "pop" it in and the music begins playing without pushing of any buttons. Now, this little unit is running all the time and all he needs to do is switch on his amplifier with 20,000+ songs running all the time he gets a great variety of music and he is very happy indeed. A small improvement would be if a RCA output adapter/ output was included to use it in this way.

It is not working, no instructions as to how to correctly hook it up.

This is the thing I have been looking for. My car has a old multimedia system. It plays CDs and music from my phone via Bluetooth. But they are kind of limited and inconvenient. Its AUX port only reads from the 3.5mm port but not the USB port. Of course I can use a MP3 player but it has built-in battery so not so safe staying in the car especially when it is hot. So this thing really save the day. It does read from the USB drive, even the songs in folders. It replay the previous song at power cycling but restarts from beginning. It could be better if it remembers where it stopped.

Hab heute den ANDTOBO USB bekommen. Sein Einsatzgebiet ist allerdings kein Autoradio, sondern eine 30 Jahre Stereoanlage mit einem ebenso alten (nämlich auch 30 Jahre) alten Mischpult. Hab mir für den 3,5 mm Klinkenstecker noch einen Adapter dazu bestellt (3,5 mm Klinkenbuchse auf Chinch). Am Mischpult mit einem 4 GB großen USB-Stick angeschlossen und klappt super. Das einzige was fehlt, ist ein Mini-Display, wo man sehen kann, welchen Titel man gerade abspielt. Mich persönlich stört es aber nicht. Für den Preis eine super, perfekte Lösung. So kann ich auch Musik vom USB-Stick abspielen.

Pleased. It's small and light and I was worried it wasn't going to work. But it does and I'm so happy I can play old USBs again.
