It has a good taste, low sodium which is a big plus for someone who has to deal with osteoporosis. Great value for the money, the packets are small, but deliver a lot of taste. Very easy to use, just pour into your cold water, stir well and drink up.

I started using these when I got sick and it helped me recover faster. I also enjoyed the subtle grape flavor and overall taste is amazing.

These seem okay, not much flavor to them. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in hydration. I’ve added 1 sometimes 2 of these per day to my hydration routine. This is the first product of this type I’ve tried so, I can’t compare to others just yet. They’re not bad and I may order more. I’m thinking I’ll try another brand or two and see if a noticeable change, one way or another.

We've been a fan of Ultima replenisher electrolyte powders for about a year. It's what we take in our water bottles to the gym. I used to buy the multi-flavored, but now my son and I both love the grape the best. I do wish it was a better value, but I need it because I usually keep low potassium.
