Hold is not good
The design is nice but the material around the hat is not strong enough to hold the hat in place if you have movement like excersizing.

If your suffering from Cancer, Alopecia Areata, or other medically related hair loss, than this is going to help you with a least some level of confidence to have a normal life. I found the cap very comfortable as it's tight at first but easily stretch to the size of ur head. you can easily wear this during sleep and even outside to protect your head from the sun.

Ich habe mir zwei damals für meine Chemotherapie Zeit gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen damit und fand sie richtig schön und angenehm zu tragen. Es ist sehr leicht aufzusetzen und Rutsch nicht. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Mir hat es in meinem schweren Zeit sehr viel geholfen.
