Perfect replacement part
Perfect product to replace the retaining bit for the spare tire on my 2004 Toyota Carolla. Much cheaper than other alternatives as well.

Made it Fit
My 2023 Prius came with no spare tire to keep the weight down and mileage up. But that turned out to be incompatible with Tucson road pot holes. After blowing two tires on pot holes on separate occasions, I decided I wanted a spare donut tire in the existing wheel well so I don’t get stranded waiting for help. Of course it has a unique fit. All I really needed was the lid. I could see in the photo that this tire hold down item has a too long but replaceable bolt snapped into its lid. So I bought it and snapped in a shorter bolt from the local hardware store that fits and holds down my new donut spare in the Prius.

Worked for our Crown Signia.
This worked on our Toyota Crown Signia retrofitting a spare tire (which the car comes without) into the trunk's wheel well. Had to make a spacer out of a piece of wood and drill a hole in it due to it being a little long but no big deal.
