Bought this webcam even before having any reviews here. Because I already had the Zebronics Ultimate Pro Webcamera with a decent camera quality. But the main problem was the old-fashioned Design and also the fact that it was difficult to fix in my laptop (you'll have same problem if you have any thin bezelled laptops). MY REVIEW AFTER 2 DAYS OF USAGE: Talking about this product (Ultimate Plus wecam), surprisingly it had better image and video quality than the Ultimate Pro Camera. Image looks more sharper (and closer to 1080p) . It have two white LED lights with adjustable brightness, helpful in Dark situations. But more than anything, it looks much much better and modern in this design and fits in the top of screen well. You can adjust, tilt or rotate the camera itself. And it doesn't cover any parts of the screen (Unlike my previous webcam). Audio quality is almost similar to ultimate Pro webcam. Finally, I feel it have better quality, modern design and is better value for money than Zeb Ultimate Pro (in similar price point). This is real value for money!!! In less than 2k you will get Pros: Handy webcam to do online meetings Wide angle fixed focus, so you will be presented well in the meeting screen. Camera is rotatable so can be adjusted up-down, right-left With dual led - for extra light in poor light conditions or at night Cons: No auto focus and no adjustable focus Frame rate is 26 FPS not 30 FPS If used the inbuilt microphone, voice and video will not be matched due to low power processing Overall above-average webcam suitable for casual online meetings. Not recommended for YouTubing and content creation.

Poor quality product across product lines be it earphones, webcams breaks soon or image quality deteriorates within a few months of sparingly use. This for a company that merely imports products from China. I would not buy any product from this brand, and suggest you do so. Never tried calling up the service centre though.

So far working fine. Need to check in long run. Look for right offers as after my order price got reduced by around 400.

Was searching for a right web cam for taking online classes. After lot of search and reading lot of comments finally I bought this product about a month ago for teaching online classes. Zebronics Ultimate Plus just outperformed and much higher than my expectations. Just connected the device via USB port and hosted web classes via "google meet" effortlessly. Audience said both video and audio are just superb...which is great for me. Certainly I would recommend this products for any "economical lovers"

Poor quality packing but thanks god it did not damage the camera. They just packed the camera in a temper proof plastic bag, they should have sent it properly packed in a card board box which would have been much safer.The camera and its audio output is perfectly fine although this is my first day of use. Installs very quickly. Will update more reviews after 1 month.

I have given my honest review where you can make your decision whether to buy this web camera or not....I have tested MIC Quality Testing, Camera Recording, Night Vision Testing etc.............This Webcam is very good option for beginners. This is a hopeless product as the camera is not fixed properly, there is no user manual, the audio quality of recording is so poor, and on the top of all the company does not allow return. The control button of light is near the camera, rather it should be near the USB port, hence difficult to manage light again and again. I received it today, and am feeling sorry for buying this crap. Overall a third class product.
