Mixes fine as long as you sprinkle it onto the tea or coffee and don't just drop it in a lump on top. Just a couple of stirs with a spoon and it's dissolved and makes a lovely cuppa. Tastes ok too, no different to any other dried milk. Quite expensive for what it is but cheaper than the dried Goat Milk I usually buy also as I can't tolerate regular cows milk. Also good for a SHTF situation which is coming soon to the country.

I've been looking for a powder that actually has a milk flavour. I used it once to make rice pudding Asian style. I use mainly Arla Lactose free milk. But I find the milk slightly burns when making a milky pudding when cooking it on heat for a period of time. I used the milk powder to thicken without having to boil the milk down. It tasted as good as regular rice pudding. I've ordered another two bags.

But it works for baking goods

It's great to have lactose free milk which I can take anywhere.. I bought the full milk by mistake, after previously buying the skimmed one and really loving it. The full one tastes ok, but it isn't as good for tea and coffee in my opinion. It doesn't disolve as well as skimmed. I'll be using this up for sauces and buying the skimmed for my teas and coffees when I'm out and about.

When use it does not dissolve well and leave a curd at the bottom, don’t taste good, I have boughs powdered milk before but this one is really not what I expected if I had read the other reviews I would not have bought it. unfortunately as I cannot send it back, it will be going in the bin very disappointing as it was rather too expensive, will not buy again.

Has a very wierd smell and a horrible taste.. not buying again... waste of money.. also doesnt dissolve easily in hot drinks. Takes alot of stiring
