We buy these every month. Love them! They aren't as strong as an energy drink but I find that is a good thing because sometimes energy drinks hurt my stomach so this is lighter for me but still has caffeine to give you a boost.

We love this product, but the mixing instructions are wrong. I would use at least 24oz of water per stick; otherwise, it's sickeningly sweet. 24-32oz is the sweet spot. I love it because it's zero calories, and it will give you a quick "pick me up" without a bunch of sugars and junk. I'm a big fan of G2 powder and Liquid IV. Compared to those, I give the taste a 4 out 5 where I give those a 5 out of 5. As far as weight loss is concerned, this will absolutely help you lose weight if you are drinking this IN PLACE OF a high-calorie, HFCS, or both drink (e.g., non-Mexican soda, sweet tea, etc.), and you should get enough of a kick to exercise at least five times per week. Obviously, one should never or rarely consume High Fructose Corn Syrup.

These have the BEST flavor of any drink mix packet. They offer just enough of an energy boost to start my day without the crash later.

First, let me address some reviewers who rated this product low because they decided to buy a potassium supplement when they didn't need it. IF you get dehydrated easily, work in the sun, sweat a lot, work out a lot, etc. Then you MAY need to replenish your electrolytes, one of the most prominent which, is potassium. If you get muscle cramps, heat exhaustion....potassium. And even if you have a hangover.... potassium. If not... then DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT!!! And do not rate this supplement low because you don't read warnings or take advice from a dr first. I KNOW I need this. I work outdoors in over 100 degrees, in a very physical job. I have been to the ER a dozen times for heat related illness. I have a medical condition which prevents my body from absorbing electrolytes, vitamins and minerals properly. Is people like me, and very active athletes who can benefit from this supplement. Otherwise, a person can get too much potassium and become ill. A glass of OJ has about 500-700 mg of K. This has about 1000mg. So it isn't even really THAT much. Now on to the review. I got the flavorless powder and, well, it isn't exactly flavorless, it tastes like chalk. I nearly vomited. But, because it is such a subtle chalk taste (lol), I am able to mix in flavor. So I was drinking Body Armor drinks before, but decided I didn't want those anymore due to the high amount of sugar in them. So now, I mix 1/3 body armor with 2/3 of this Keto k1000, and it seems to work pretty well at covering up the chalk taste and still getting me the K that I need, with less sugar. So, overall, seems to be working well (K.O.W.). Next time I'm ordering the orange flavor... hopefully it isn't gross.

I really like this drink mix. It’s super convenient to take on the go, and the wildberry flavor tastes great without being too sweet. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and metabolism throughout the day. It’s a nice way to stay motivated during workouts, and I love that it’s zero calories and sugar-free. Highly recommend

I've been using this stuff regularly, and it used to be pretty awesome, flavor-wise. But my last couple of buys have been a total bummer. The first one was downright horrible, and I figured it was just a bad batch. So, against my better judgment, I gave it another shot in last month, and it was just as bad, if not worse. I've been a fan for years and still have some leftovers from last summer that taste and work like a charm. But this new batch is off – it's got this weird faint color, a different taste, and you don't get the usual energy kick. A bunch of other reviewers have noticed the same thing - should have read it before buying. This is terrible because I've been loyal for ages, but if they don't fix this, they might lose some die-hard fans, I'll probably try Slimfast next time.
