The tool came as advertised. It is easy to set up. I could use it by myself with no problems. There were no instructions with the tool. I looked at the photos on line at Amazon to see how it works. So, Take the handle that you are going to install. Put its screws throught the jig and tighten the screws onto the handle. Be sure that the set screws on the jig are loose. measure how far you want the handle to be from the bottom of the door. Set the jig at that distance. Measure how far you want the handle to be from the edge of the door (mine was 1 inch). Set the jig for that. The rules on the jig are accurate. I made sure that all of the set screws were all tight. It took about 15 minutes to set up the jig and test on a piece of wood. It took about 15 more minutes to put 7 handles on my cabinet doors. They are even and spaced nicely on the doors. A tip - use the jig to get each hole started...it takes less pressure and insures a true center. After I got the holes started, I went back and drilled each hole through each door. I have more cabinets to add to the room, so, I kept the jig set up. There is a nice pouch to store it in after all work is complete.

This item is fundamentally perfect at its job and is worth the money. The only downside was that you can tell it is cheaply made, and the plastic was not drilled completely through allowing the tightening screw on the last piece to tighten. This was an easy fix with a tiny drill bit giving it clearance to tighten, so now it is perfect. The customer does not want to have to fix something they buy brand new. If it would not have had this defect it would have received five stars.

Did 8 doors that are side by side and all handles are exactly the same,, Thanks to this jig.

It’s a little tricky as it slips a bit while trying to drill the holes.

Easy to use and a must have if your installing or making cabinets . Made well and at a good price.

We just installed knobs and pulls in our kitchen and this has been a great help without it, it would have been very hard and difficult to measure and be correct. This has made my husbands job so much easier and I am so glad he found this to help him with the installation. Once the we decided where to put the hardware it went so quickly. Saved the aggravation of trying to guess at the measurements. It is well worth the money if you want to get the job done quickly.

I use this product for drawer handles. I wish it had come with an instruction leaflet so I knew how to assemble it. I had to look back at the pictures in the website to see how to assemble it.
