It works for type 4 hair
It smells amazinggggg, it’s not greasy it has more of a gummy texture , it’s very shiny and it holds my 4c hair really well , surprisingly it didn’t get white, I used it for my edges and I’ve been using it for a few weeks and my edges are fine ….many people say it’s made them have “breakouts” but that didn’t happen for me!

I have bought multiple times and very happy with this product
I use a different product, but I get this for my son bought 4 times already works great holds his hair all day at school without any issues and easy to put on. Keeps it firm and in place. He has it not long but thick hair over ears and this does the trick,. The scent is fine, not greasy, value is great and high quality product

Better than All the Rest
This is truly the best! Among all the hair products out there, this one stands out as my favorite purchase. I'm saying goodbye to all the others and will be sticking with GPHSW from now on. Second time buying this product it’s great for your edges and slick backs. I bought the red one first it was great so I’m excited to try it out but this the first time I received my product melted from amazon

the best hair gel for my type 4 hair. would definitely buy again and again. the smell is also very good. not a lot of needed for wonderful results.

Strong smooth hold, smells nice
I’ve tried a lot of gel/ wax like products to slick my hair back, and most of them lose hold after an hour or make my hair look greasy. This one actually keeps my hair slicked back all day without feeling stiff or crunchy. I have thick, but soft coily hair that at the slightest drop of water or humidity goes back, but I applied this to my hair anddd it gives a clean finish with good hold and no flaking so far. So far, this actually works. And nice smell to it.

Good could be better
Really holds the hair down. I just don’t like the white residue left. I think I will try the Ultra or the matte finish because while that has a residue atleast I can use spritz or the gel and it goes away. It’s great for helping slick the hair back. You would just have to use gel or spritz in order to make sure it doesn’t leave a white residue.
