I'm over 70 yrs old, and this little device has really helped me to gain finger strength for playing my guitar. I keep it handy while reading or watching tv. It was recommended by my physical therapist. It comes in various lb /kg sizes. I highly recommend.

Habe die Farben rot und grün im Rahmen meiner Reha (nach Brüchen) gekauft. Nachdem ich jetzt etwas Griffkraft trainieren wollte, war blau die logische Fortsetzung. Ich finde es praktisch, dass man einfach nebenher etwas die Hand trainieren kann und dadurch, dass die Finger einzeln drücken müssen, sieht man auch, wo man Aufholbedarf hart.
