The altimeter and barometer adjusted perfectly as we ascended the auto road to the summit at 6288'. Works fine at 800 millibars and in strong winds. Altimeter matched the altitude marked on poles along the road. Review: This is the best portable weather station out there.

First things first, the unit I received was most definitely used. Seems to be in great shape, but definitely used. No issues so far. I will update later this week whether it matches up to other kestrels at the range.

Really simple to use and customizable to show what you need, when you need it. The digital compas is spot on making it very useful when loggin in your data book.
