The actual package is sealed and even when you open it you can seal it back up so you will not lose any of the tablets. The tablets are small and easy to take with (in my experience) no side effects that I noticed. As a diabetic I found the Cinnamon of great help keeping my personal sugar levels relatively in check and keeping the cravings away. I found that the discount offered with a subscription ensured i never run out and there is no need to go to a shop.

I bought this product on the 2nd of April and I have gone from a size 3XL to XL in 2 months! At first I didn't pay much attention when I received comments from my family members and friends that I'm losing weight. I've been trying to get back in shape for years with various diets and exercise etc after having my child in 2012. This is the first thing that has worked without great effort in 12 years! Seems to be helping blood sugars

Didn’t appear to get any benefit from these but that could be me and my metabolism.

Started using Mobu Cinnamon capsules about a year ago, can honestly say, I noticed after a fortnight I felt the difference, felt so much better. They are easy to swallow and I have had no side effects.So I will continue to use them.
