This container works great for the newer Anova products. It doesnt have any built in insulation but it seems like a very durable food grade plastic. The large storage capacity is a nice design that allows cooking multiple packs of meat at once. It fits a metal rack inside nicely as well which helps keep food submerged.

I have been using sous vide for a couple of years now. This container is great for a single person (me) or a small family...I think one could put 4-5 items in at once. The lid holds securely, the opening for heating element is adequate for several brands of these, and overall size is good since I can fill it at my sink and carry it very easily to the location it will sit while cooking. Good, sturdy, effective product

Perfect size for everyday use, I can cook more than I did with my old setup, and it looks a lot nicer on the counter. The lid fits quite well and the cutout was perfect for my Anova classic circulator. The included rack is super helpful. Even when vacuum sealing, you sometimes get some air b/c of the shape of the foods. I would definitely recommend this for any home cook!

We got it last week and we have used it twice so far. It comes with an easy to assemble metal rack adn the offset the hole dor the Sous Vida machine to circulate the water. I wish it had a scale to show how much water we put in the container.

This container works great with my Sous Vide unit. It makes the whole process so much easier. The hinged lid makes it easy to place things in, and remove them. Deep enough so my Sous Vide unit doesn't touch the bottom and there is circulation around the whole unit.

Easy to use & store. I was previously using a cooking pot & it would take a long time to heat up the water. With the lid the water heats to temperature quickly. This container is just the right size for my use. The included rack holds the bags in place.

If you need a water bath for lab applications for rough temperature, this is a very cheap alternative. You may need to buy special stands and equipment to dunk your glasses in--do not expect to just sit them on the bottom of the bath because you need to water level to be high enough. Best to have a good clamp that holds it in from above.

Works great, holds the heat but I wish it was bigger but I knew the size going in. We sous vide our steaks and it fits about 25 6oz sirloins in one go. The lid really helps maintain consistent temperature and reduces water evaporation for those long sessions. It’s great as a set so the cooks keep it together and don’t use it for line mise en place.

Great purchase! Way cheaper than alternatives. The wrap keeps it warmer so less heating required. The rack keeps everything from floating around and keeps things even. Plastic is great quality. Looking forward to years of use!
