As far as I can tell, this is an ideal daily vitamin. I bought it primarily to supplement my B vitamin and Iron levels. This product offers 100% of the daily value of both while also offering all of the other major vitamins and nutrients. Perfect! Some reviewers have mentioned nausea, but I haven't experienced any myself. Personally I break one vitamin in half (it's very easy to do), taking one half with breakfast in the morning and the other after lunch in the late afternoon. Along with avoiding a potential upset stomach, I think this is a more effective way for the body to absorb the nutrients. These are also pretty large pills so they go down much easier 1/2 at a time. Other reviewers mention an early expiration date but my bottle is good to go for well over another year. YMMV. All in all, I'm quite pleased and confident that I'm getting what I need out of these vitamins. They're a very cost effective way to get an added vitamin boost each day.

These are well known vitamins and came highly reccomended by family & friends. I just started taking them this past week so I haven't much to say except that I have started feeling better.

Love this product, we/ I use men's one a day and it's great, don't use immune boosting products this and men's one does the same, got this for my girl. So yeah if you're into a healthy immune system then this is what's up. Drink at least 3 8 oz waters daily, can do 2 waters and a meal breakfast be best, water plenty of it plus eating good meals, will boost and maintain your immune system doesn't take long just get water in you and you'll feel healthier in a few days, the Vitamin helps
