Very good!
These trekking poles are lightweight yet very sturdy. The quick-lock system is easy to adjust and holds securely, even on longer hikes. The grips are comfortable, and I love that they collapse down small for travel. Great quality for the price, perfect for hiking and backpacking!

5 Star Purchase
Great hiking/walking sticks. I have another pair just like these. I will keep one pair in the apartment and one in the car. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. Sturdy. Adaptable and adjustable for different terrains. Folds small enough to fit in my purse backpack. Lightweight. I’ve had the first pair for 13 years and they are just like new. I’m 71 years old and keep them with me even when I’m not hiking just in case I need them. 5 Star purchase!

Fits in my running pack
These poles break down into 3 sections, so they get small enough to fit in my running vest. I put them in the large pocket in the back. I use them for long trail runs. For the price, these are a total win. Sturdy, fit in my running pack. Con: they do slip sometimes, so I've had to adjust the tightness on the go a couple of times. Pro: no slips during my longest run with them (4+ hours). Con: they're not super fast to put together or collapse, so I don't like switching using vs. not using them and storing them in my pack. Just keep them out and run with them my side. Pro: they're pretty light for being so inexpensive, a little less than a pound. Definitely recommend if you're curious to try trekking poles for trail running - they're great for the price. If I keep doing ultras I'll probably want to purchase an expensive pair for the conveniences of smaller size, easier expansion and collapsing, hip or vest carriers... but I'm so pumped to have completed my first ultra with this cheap solution. I carried them in my vest for the first half of the race, and used them for the second half.

Great for Hiking!
I took the Covacure Collapsible Trekking Poles with me hiking on Mount Rainier, and they worked perfectly. They’re lightweight, easy to carry, and very sturdy. The grip is comfortable, and the folding design makes them easy to pack. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hiking!

Just what I was looking for!
Very nice poles! I was surprised that they are as nice as they are for the excellent price. I like them better than my previous telescoping poles, as they are much more compact to carry and you can easily set and re-set the length you desire for your current terrain and use. The poles are very easy and quick to deploy, however pushing the button in to retract them again is not quite as easy, especially if your hands are a bit cold. The rest of the retraction process is super easy. And, once folded up, they come with a nice velcro cord strip that keeps them tight and tidy. I really like that the poles come in two separate storage bags, as you may want to carry only one pole on some outings, not two and the bags give you the option to have your pole in a bag on the inside or outside of your pack, which keeps things more organized and neat. I put the various pole tips (very nice tips that came with the poles) in a separate mesh bag (sort of see-through) that I attached directly to the two-bag system because I could see that pulling out the poles could inadvertently pull out a tip at the same time and you may not notice, especially if it fell down into snow. Therefore, having the tips in a separate small bag made a lot of sense to me. It would also enable me to take quick inventory of my tips to make sure everything was in place when changing them out. I have worked on search and rescue for 19 years now, and over the years, I have become very aware of how to manage and put systems in place so gear is not ever lost. I want to spend my time and dollars upgrading gear, not replacing it. I cannot attest to how rugged these tips are as I have not yet put them through the test of time and use, however they feel quite substantial and durable, not soft or easily dented. The grips are very comfortable and the wrist straps are easily adjusted. I like the material the wrist straps a made from as well. I have not taken these poles through the heat of summer yet, so I cannot speak to the grip in hot weather, but they are super comfortable in winter, as the material does not get super cold and has just the right degree of soft to prevent fatigue and firmness to give stability of use. I guess the only thing about these poles is the branding. They have not one, but two logos on the poles. I would prefer less labeling and more solid blue color, which would make the poles more pleasing to the eye. While aesthetics are not important to the function, as an artist, I guess I cannot help myself.

Worked well and packs up nicely. Used 3 times (so far) Sonoran Desert mountain hike on rocky terrain. Saved my bacon more than once.

Assembling is jot the most easy
Nice collapsible poles, great for traveling and getting them checked in. They are not heavy and fit well in your luggage and even each pole comes in their individual sleeve. However, when assembling them while you are hiking is not the most quick and easy. Though I have to admit I had only watched the video at home and had not spent the time to practice, however, I’ve had other collapsible ones that were quick and easy to assemble but these took time for me to stop and try to figure out which has not pleasant. But they are sturdy, light and fit well in my luggage for travel which is why I bought another pair since the ones I usually use don’t collapse to this small of a size. Hopefully with practice it gets better.
