Yes these fit 1/2" NPT
Made a plumbing snake with a long hand held shower hose with these on the end. (These fit NPT, sometimes in smaller sizes it's a guess if specified sizes are actually NPT or OD or ID, these are true NPT ) Goid for delivering a copious blast of water even under normal pressure. 1/4" NPT and 1/4" are not the same thing.
Many people, including myself, get confused by thread sizes. NPT thread sizes are different from drill sizes. The picture the seller shows of the width of the thread is correct. A 1/4" NPT thread is a little under 1/2" wide. As always, read the full description carefully before purchasing.

More information would be helpful
It would be helpful to know more about the spray pattern and flow and pressure requirements. These will work for my odd purpose: rigging a system to spray water as a squirrel deterrent. The pattern is fan shaped and does not produce a fine mist.

They are not 1/4” wide they are 1/2” wide.
Wrong size. They are too big. Not 1/4” wide. They 1/2” wide.

Who buys a nozzle based on drill size?
That's not a thing. The description clearly states "1/4" NPT". That means a threaded 1/4" pipe size. Sheesh.
