A visual enhancer only
I installed mine 2 days ago. It fit perfectly on my F30 however, it slightly blocks my oil dipstick. Since the car is already equipped with a rear facing front strut brace, this forward facing brace may not add to any torsional stiffness. The factory fitted rear facing brace cannot be seen so I suppose buying this bar is probably to show off for those non the wiser that you have such a bar installed. The high price you pay just for looks.

product is nice with durable finish. product came with a few scratches but seller dealt with it. Performance wise, not night and day difference but you can feel its a bit tighter around corners. If the car is daily driven normally, not much difference from stock. If you like pushing the car hard and whipping through corners, this bar will help a bit. other than that, its a nice piece of eye candy under the hood.

Fits a 2016 F30 328ix n20 engine with no problem.
If you read the questions and reviews it stated that it will not fit a f30 with n20 engine, but it does and the title of the product states that. Very simple to install and you do not need longer bolts as one customer stated. Love it and can feel the difference if you push it in the curves.

So now i gotta go out and get some bolts to do a proper install
Hassel. If i use existing bolts then they will not set deep enough so i gotta take one out , drive another vehicle and match it up with Grade 8, 10.9 metric bolts and locknut washers. If you are lazy enough to use existing bolts then you just defeated the purpose of this instal.Lol ! But really was a piece of cake and a ten minute instal. If all you care about is how it looks then no worries . For real results I imagine a front sway bar upgrade would be the way to go.Cheers-
