Our Keurig commercial K-150 has served us well these last five years and it is, while still running strong, getting a little long in the tooth. We decided instead of getting the newer version of that, the K-155, we'd upgrade. We found the K2500 more in line with the aesthetic of the K-150 than the K1500 and not a whole lot more expensive. So far (after one day) it looks fantastic, it is easier and quieter to operate, and it makes delicious coffee. Time will tell if it matches the five year performance of its predecessor, but i see no reason it should not.

This is it! An actual “Commercial” quality coffee machine. Thank you Keurig for creating this to replace the K155.

We really like this even more than we thought we would. Changing to a new design was a little scary but we really love this new machine. Extremely easy to use. Large water tank and quick water heating make it a pleasure to use. We are very happy with it.

This is an expensive unit but it is amazing quality and has the 12oz size. But that still isn’t big enough I wish they would have a machine with 8oz-16oz. Everyone now takes coffee in an insulated mug and they are large so you have to make 3 cups to fill them which equals a lot of money

I love your product. My last purchase was a Keurig K2500 commercial coffee maker was made on januay 6,2023 for around $700.00. It has cut out on me several times and I’ve managed to get it to work again but not this time I’m a little frustrated with it!

I do wish they came out with a comparably priced HomeKit smart home that’s identical to this touchscreen model. I would gladly pay for that capability, and I think they would sell off the shelves with the growing popularity of HomeKit market. I guess to get this quality you gotta go on the commercial side. Stated to be commercial, although obviously works in the residential setting perfectly just have to look up the codes to get into the customization part of the menu to be able to program your preferences. Overall it just feels solid and well-designed, only complaint as I do wish the water preheated slightly quicker. Happy customer!
