The scent on these balls are strong so I open them up half way. Great for me husbands shoes and sneakers.

We purchased these sneaker balls for use while travelling this year. Though small in size, the fresh scent which the sneaker balls emits keeps stinky sneakers at bay, and stops the spread of any odour through a suitcase or duffle bag. Even after being used for three weeks, they are fresh enough to continue to use back at home. Great size, great scent, perfect travel companion.

My son and I are both using these in our mostly worn shoes. They smell good and help refresh between uses.

I feel as though it's a little expensive for what it is, but SOF brand is one of the better options. They work great! My only gripe is that it is difficult to tell if the deodorizer is empty, and if the ball is open or closed. You really need to examine the small gaps to tell.
