Recommended by my hair dresser for my thin and fragile hair.. love this product! Works wonders for my hair. I have much better results from this then I do from olaplex. My hair definitely feels stronger and has less breakage since I started using this! I use it about once a week for ten mins in the shower. Will continue to purchase as part of my weekly routine!
