Definitely worked great. In fact
Wow ......... Had to attach stainless steel stems to aluminum threading. Definitely worked great. In fact, too great. The aluminum came under too much stress and literally stripped out. Definitely not the loctite's fault ........ it was a permanent bond.

No primer, very simple
This stuff is great. It's handy to take into the field where it's not always possible to clean the surfaces as well as one would want.
