Must have for everyone who owns a kitchen !
This is my second purchase from Pure Source and never was disappointed with the quality. We get exactly what is shown in the product gallery. Good craftsmanship and a product to own for life time. If you are NOT looking for a good quality product which will last beyond a life time then please look for alternatives. The best part is it doesn't come with a hefty price tag. So, own this only if you own a kitchen or gift to those who own a kitchen, they will love it !!!!!

Iron is present in it. Not pure brass
Otherwise why would magnet mildly stick to it?Tested it with magnetic earphone. Pestle is more magnetic than mortar. Design is beautiful, pestle fits nicely into the hand but it's a breach of trust for saying this is pure brass.
