When I feel my immune system dragging, maybe I haven't been exercising, or not eating the healthiest, I feel my immune slipping. It's a wake up call for me. When I feel my body compromised at the slightest, I take 2 with breakfast and 2 for dinner for 3 days and I'm back to normal. If you feel a flare up coming, take this to stop it in its track. I've been buying this specific brand for years. I also take extra doses of Lysine inconjuction. I recommend this stuff if you suffer from any viral infection

Still waiting to see how this works for a chronic virus I have had.... I have been taking this for just over a month. I have noticed some improvement but was hoping this would have helped me to get rid of the chronic virus. It was highly recommended,
