So had a balanced cable with 2.5mm connector and I recently purchased an IFI Zen Dac V2 and Zen Can headphone amp which both units a 4.4mm output so rather then buying a new balanced cable I decided to give this a go and it works fine. Have my Sennheiser HD600 running off the balance cable with the adaptor and it sounds great. Adaptor has a good secure fit on both sides no interference or left or right channel drops. So I highly recommend this adaptor.

Los uso para conectar mis Pioneer HRM-7 a la salida balanciada de 4.4 de mi fiio m11. El rango dinámico es mejor. El volumen en general, en cuanto el sonido, pues a ver que noto.

Fa il suo mestiere: non ti fa perdere tempo a ricablare le cuffie quando devi andare in sbilanciato. Bisogna fare solo un po' attenzione perché vuole il suo spazio.

Good price, fantastic build quality. If you need a 4.4 adapter then this will be perfectly fine for 95% of users.

Had an old ZTE earphone of exceptional sound quality with 2.5mm male pin. Now I can connect it to any present day female audio jack of 3.5mm and enjoy the sound once more
