1st time using and worked great!!
I’m not a great temperer, but even my milk chocolate Dubai bars came out great! No sticking and glossy finish (alcohol cleaned).

Disaster
A complete disaster 😪 destroyed my hard work and high quality ingredients. It is not possible to remove the ready bars from this mold. Absolutely zero flexibility

Something is very wrong with these molds.
Been using molds similar to this one for decades. You need high quality for the best results. Silicon or thin plastic, while easier to work with, doesn't yield the best finished look. For some reason, this is doesn't release the finished chocolates. I've trued everything. Release sprays, removing at different temps, different chocolates and even banging. They appear to be very high quality molds. Yet they are ultimately useless for the purpose. The only thing I can imagine to be the problem is that the cavity surface itself isn't as smooth as needed for proper release.
