Combination Pliers

I had an older console piano that no one played anymore, it was in average condition when we got it used 20 years ago, and didn't improve with age. We tried to sell it, donate it, give it away - no one wants old pianos because they are too difficult to move. I was at my wits end because it took up so much space. So I decided if I couldn't get rid of it whole, it was going out in pieces. So I began the process of disassembling the piano with the intent of reusing the wood for different projects and making crafts with the keys, hammers, etc. and taking the soundboard to the scrap yard for cash. It took several hours to loosen each of the strings with a piano tuner which is REQUIRED because trying to cut tightened piano strings could be deadly. After I diligently loosened each one, I knew that I needed a good wire clipper to finish up. I have weak hands and a weak grip so I wanted something sturdy but not too heavy. This is perfect! It snipped even the thickest strings with ease and didn't cause me to get blisters. I'm looking forward to all of the other projects I'll be able to use this on. I don't understand the negative reviews because the tool I received is made of sturdy metal and the grips are thick & good quality. It comes pre-oiled (one commenter apparently thought that meant it was "used" and dirty) which is really nice because it's ready to use right out of the package. I cut through 230 piano wires, from 0 to 24 gauge and it's still strong and sharp. Great value.

These are good heavy duty needlenose pliers, I am a retired electrician and have used many different hand tools in my 50 plus years in the trade. Nice feel and great leverage to hold on to what you need to, handy wire strippers too. Great price for these, get you a pair, you will be happy you did.

This a Good pliers

After working in high humidity (for about three days), it's started to rust. The quality seems pretty good for the price. It's perfect for home repairs and light use. The price says it all. I bought three different models. Nothing has happened to the others so far, but I've gotten little use out of them.

This has made my job easier since it works as wire cutter, stripper and even crimper. 2 years of pretty much daily use and still working good handles have not come off. If it gets wet dry it out and spray some wd-40 or similar to protect from any rust.

My favorite, you can do so many things with this wonder, it has good quality and easy to use.

I honestly thought this wouldn't be that great of a tool but so far compared side by side with Milwaukee and Kline this isn't a bad tool at all. I've been using it daily for 6 months.. and I honestly got it as just a "throw away" tool because 25% of the work I do is on docks/water and things fall in occasionally.. it turns out it's actually a pretty good tool. I'll update my review if I have any problems with it but so far it twist, strips, and cuts wire good.. even works as a decent hammer.. if it does end up falling in one of the waterways I'll definitely buy it again for the price.

El envío fue sin problemas, son unas buenas pinzas cortan sin problemas, cierran completamente, tienen una buena torca. El mango es ergonómico y es compuesto por lo que la goma de la parte externa sirve para que no se deslice en demasía la mano. El pela cable funciona muy bien y es muy útil. La relación precio calidad es excelente. Sin duda muy recomendable.

For the money, these are good, bit sticky until bit of silicon spray. The surfaces match up too. They are OK.
