The fit is perfect and it seems to be of good quality. So far, it has held up very well.

Really like this mattress protector. It functions just as good as one I paid almost twice as much as I did this one.

Initially they sent the wrong size but corrected this very quickly and refunded my postage. Once the correct one arrived it felt like good quality fabric and fitted the king size bed very well with a deep mattress tuck under. Very pleased.
