Seems to work just fine.
This comes with a very good dose of essential amino acids to help build muscle and recovery from exercise. I am 55 and just got back into the gym after years of inactivity. Since using this product, I notice that I am not as sore and recover faster than when I *did* train before. I’m happy with my progress and the taste is pleasant

Hard to scoop out
Great product, but I don't have big hands but its hard to scoop out when it gets half way done. Wish it had a longer handle scoop or a bigger opening.

EPIC Natural Muscle Builder
Been using this for awhile now, little over a year and a half or so. I have been very pleased with the results I’ve seen. I’ve personally noticed suttle muscle growth, the scale has very slowly increasing with this in addition to my strict clean diet. Shirts are fitting tighter and no belly growth with it. Couldn’t be happier. AND the flavor is 10/10. I’ve tried all the flavors Old School Labs offers and they all ROCK. Love this company!!

Juicy watermelon
nick trigili does an excellent job of hyping this brand up is why I tried it, but I give it a one star cause the taste is horrible. Now some things I don’t care about the taste of it’s something im just going to down so if your looking for taste and have to have something that taste good for you to use it this is not it. There is nothing juicy about this watermelon flavor. Now overall I like the product as well as the pre workout and pump they just need to work on their flavoring.

Great supplement!
This is one of the best muscle recovery supplements I've ever had! It works well to when ur lacking protein in snack time take this with you an try it, it does work for me!

Should be named "Bitter Melon"
It's supposed to be watermelon but it only has a hint of watermelon taste. Watermelon is supposed to have more of a sweet taste to it but this is very bitter. It really makes me not want to use it because I hate the taste...some folks may love it but if it said "bitter watermelon or sour watermelon" on the label, i would have never bought it.

Better and Faster Recovery? Yes please!
I bought Vintage Build to aid with soreness following my workouts. So far, I've been able to see an improvement after I started incorporating this into my regimen. I take it right after my workout and I love it. One thing I do love about this product and all OSL products is that flavor is never compromised. The juicy watermelon flavor is absolutely delicious.
