I’ve been using this desk for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent – very sturdy, with no wobble even when raised to standing height. I previously had a manual standing desk with a larger desk surface. Decided to get this smaller surface electric one with drawer. First the assembly was very straightforward. I did it myself, female, 5ft 6, don't need 2 people. The pre set setting for height it such a lovely feature and the child lock an unexpected gift with 2 little kids touching everything I can foresee something happening. The desk feels very sturdy. Top limit is 110lbs, I try not overload it but am probably guilty of doing so already. The drawer is a lifesaver, I was able to put all my misc small items and junk in there, figure it out for another day of cleaning. There is no wobbling juts solid stables desk and gives me a much needed ability to stand instead of being on my butt all day. The color is wonderful, super economical, for the name brand one it would have cost me well over 1,000. So even if this doesn't last I'm not so far in the red. So far so good and I will try to give periodic updates as time passes we shall see how it holds. For now, highly recommend.

I wanted to purchase a modern standing desk for my husband's work-from-home needs and I found just the right product to complement his needs. The product is sturdy, of great quality, and aesthetically pleasing. We especially loved the fancy feature of being able to adjust the height of the desk, allowing for room to stand as you work or need to stretch out. The USB port station and spacious drawer are a plus. As I was viewing various models available on Amazon, this was the only desk that included all of these essential features wrapped in one. And available in a white top and frame. The drawer is spacious enough to keep belongings out of the way at the end of the work day. The table itself is spacious enough to hold two computer screens and other office accessories. Assembling the unit was very quick and easy. Overall, we are very happy with this product and gave it a 5-star rating as it's worth the price!

I honestly expected Ikea or less quality, something that didn't entirely feel sturdy but would work. This desk is HEAVY and very sturdy. Also very simple to put together... provided you have the strength to turn it back over right side up. The up and down is just as smooth but quieter than other rising desks I've used. The buttons are very sensitive, you just have to touch them, not press them. I tend to cross my legs and sit on my feet in my chair, and the drawer is of no issue with my habit. They also velcroed the power bank to the desk which I thought was very thoughtful of them to do. Along with providing you with some fancy zip ties for cable management. My only disappointments which are on me and not on the maker, because they disclosed it. Disappointment #1: The drawer is just barely not deep enough to fit my gaming keypad and that makes me sad, but the measurements were on there and I didn't bother. Disappointment #2: I knew it said that the charging ports may pause when raising or lowering the desk, but I hadn't considered what that would necessarily mean for things I'm plugging in and not charging. I plugged in my small ring light, and instead of flickering or turning off temporarily, it permanently turns off until I turn my ring light back on with the switch on my ring light. Again, that's on me, maker disclosed using them simultaneously may have some disruptions.

Purchased two of these maple color desks for computer area use. So far have assembled one. PRO: The surface material looks great / Legs are sturdy and stable / Paint quality is excellent / Height adjust works well / No missing parts / Packing of components is very good. CON: The parts list numbers the parts but those codes are not shown in the assembly steps, except for bolts and tool needed / Parts are not stamped or labeled with the part numbers / Wording, especially in the Attention section, looks like a translation so syntax is not always correct. Overall, initially impression is very good.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING! The desks they’re shipping right now are defective and their customer service operates like it’s Opposite Day. This is table #3…from the same order. Table 1: Damaged in transit. I called and asked for a replacement because FedEx said that one was damaged and would be returned to the seller. Flexispot said they were gonna replace it. They didn’t do that tho. Instead, they wasted time calling FedEx to see if they would deliver a box THAT RHWG ORIGINALLY WOULDN’T DELIVER DUE TO DAMAGE. So I had to call them back the next day and request that they send me a new table. Table 2: Got stuck in transit. Arrived…late w/ severely damaged packaging. Had to drag all 99 pounds of the box upstairs because FedEx just dropped it in the lobby. Put it together and…it doesn’t work. So I had to call them. They confirmed that it was indeed a dud (screen doesn’t even turn on when plugged in) and placed an order for THIRD table. Table 3: See notes on table on. Not lying. Arrived today. Doesn’t work. Same issue. I call to see what the underworld is going on. I was only offered a refund. That’s not enough. They’ve wasted 2 weeks of my time. So I asked for a supervisor. Surprise! There’s not supervisor there (there never is 🙄). The guy on the phone was useless (let’s be honest all 6 people I’ve talked to so far were pretty useless). I don’t think he was even listening. I kept having to say “hello?” to get his attention and he sounded distracted. At some points, he didn’t even respond. So I asked to speak to someone else because he wasn’t responding. …I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes at this point. He didn’t even say anything. Just put me on hold. I think this is an attempt to get me to hang up. But I’m far too petty and unbooked for that today. So I’ve been streaming Beyoncé’s newest album into my speakerphone until someone picks up or hangs up. Basically playing Renaissance chicken with the actual worst customer service team on the planet. Flexispot are a bunch of lying, uncaring crooks. There’s are better, cheaper desks out there. Don’t do this to yourself. If you order from them, I hope you have no issues because if you do 🥴 You WILL be told inaccurate info. You WILL be lied to. Your requests will be ignored. Shoot, YOU will be ignored. Approach this company with caution. Look at the negative reviews. Seriously, don’t do this to yourself. Flexispot, kiss my grass you scammin bleepity bleeps. Update: They ended up leaving me on hold for almost 2 hours before my phone died (I left if on hold in the locker while I worked out cause I fight petty with pettier. Called back the next day, same bill. Ended up contacting my bank who is refunding me and going after Flexispot for the money and to take these two raggedy @ss desks back. Can’t speak for other banks, but if you have Chase, they will take care of you. I hope everyone I dealt with at Flexispot steps in the wettest of spots in only socks for the rest of the month.

I've been using the table for more than half year and what can I say, I love it! The table stands sturdy when it is on top standing position, bamboo top is really nice, the drawer has great storage capacity for my external drives and accessories, charging ports are used everyday, programmable buttons are great and the motor is working flawlessly. During the time of use I can say I work 80 sit / 20 stand. It is one of the few tables that go to lower than 28" in height, so sitting position is great. Totally recommend, great value for money, would buy it again if anything goes wrong with it, no secondary thoughts.
