Dual connectivity actually means that the headset can pair to two different devices... usually a PC with a dongle and another device by bluetooth. When using the headphones with the cable and the jack, it will turn off bluetooth and it will no longer work with multiple devices at the same time (dual connectivity) until the cable is removed and the headset is turned on. Action Noise Cancellation should still work as long as the headset is turned on, even while using the audio cable. Be sure to read about the "talk through" feature in the manual.

Does it require drivers to be installed in laptop for PC without bluetooth or privilege's to install software or is it plug and play?

To connect the headset to a laptop without a Bluetooth connection, you can purchase the BTD 800 USB dongle. It's plug and play but we still recommend downloading EPOS Connect. Yes, the power button mutes and unmutes with a quick push, turns on and off active noise cancellation with a double push and power on and off with a push and hold

Do these support Multipoint bluetooth?

Yes, currently connected to computer and phone. Although not a big fan of doing that. Even with sound and vibration off on phone, sending a message will cause music playing from comp to pause (youtube or spotify). Could be a setting I haven't adjusted yet so just a little annoying.
