Not connecting at first, but then it connected
Not even connecting! Anyone have any suggestions? Plz help because it isn't connecting at all to my iPad. Edit: okay, i have no idea what happened, but i tried tye next day and it connected right away. And now it is working amazingly, and i am so happy with it. Idk what happened suddenly that it connected, but i hooe it stays alright, cause i am so happy with how it's working.

That the keyboard doesn’t work
The keyboard doesn’t work I spent so much money on it and I charged it for multiple hours and I don’t even the name tk connect to because you did not write it on the packaging and the packaging itself is not even the box for the keyboard and case

i lost my instruction sheet and i forgot how to turn on caps lock. everytime i turn it on it changes the language.

Keyboard not working
Keyboard stoped working after 2 weeks. Waste of money.

No instructions and missing pen
Came without a pen. No instructions. Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. Worked later. You have to press FN and C so that it connects. I will still give it low rating cause it didn’t come with the pen and no instructions

nice cover
it does not lock the Ipad properly. Otherwise everything is ok. My daughter likes it very much.
