The Chocolate one taste like expired Nescau, however you can drink it easily. Anyway, if it’s good to build muscle we can even eat rocks😁 come back here in few months to tell about the results.

I bought the rich vanilla and the taste is not that nice. It is not for me. The chocolate Bliss flavor is nice, not too much sweet. I like it.

Still decided to purchase despite the reviews only to be proven that the item is indeed not genuine. No "On" branding on the lid, no seal sticker on the lid, paper seal only upon opening which was punctured with holes. Regrettably not returnable

Using from last one weak .... its repair your muscles and not feel tired after workout also improve my stamina

Works perfectly but doesnt taste like protein shake at all - it tastes like a delicious dessert i love it.
