This works great. But this mg is way too high. I had bad reaction and have to take the capsule apart and take a 1/5 of the amount. look up side effects! I had bad headache, terrible skin rash, and very dark urine.

Had some gyno from my early 20's now in my 50's. This has shrunk the gyno considerably and I no longer feel discomfort when I hit that area. Might be great for teens dealing with it due to hormone imbalance. I suspect someone using a test booster may mitigate any issues.

Long delivery time...13 days from purchase to delivery. Prime isn't what it used to be. However, this is a repeat purchase and I know and trust the quality of the product. Happy to have it and use it again but wish Amazon and the seller were more transparent or accurate with anticipated delivery dates.

These are less expensive per capsule than those you buy in bottles. You get a lot more in the package. Add calcium d-glucarate to the DIM and you're set.

The product itself might be good, but people need to be warned. Start off VERY slowly. This stuff can be dangerous! I get migraines anyway, but taking this made a spontaneous one happen that night. The worst I have had. Along with vomit. It got so bad I passed out and awoke with bruises everywhere. It took a while to figure this is what caused it. Even a 20th of a capsule didn't help. i was not able to get used to it. The literature is being updated, as are these reviews, with serious head pain. So just be careful. It is a good supplement if you can handle it, but horrific for some.

Purchased this twice over last 2 years. I was not disciplined to take it daily at first and felt no clear improvement. Now I take it nightly and it helps me sleep much better. Love that it comes in a more environmentally friendly package than typical oversized plastic bottles.
