Will not work under load. Plugged a small air compressor into it and once the pressure built in the tire the pump simply stopped running. When the same pump was plugged into a 12V car receptacle it ran normally.

Works very well in my application, using it to drive a usb transmitter that would normally be used in a car.

Ordered this to use with my car tire pump, so I can use it in house to blow up kid pool. Works great but does get extremely hot after using more than 5 minutes. Will deduct a star if I burn my house down.

Item as described, but be warned this does not come with a conventional 13 amp plug, it has an American type one.I changed mine but the colours of the three core flex are red yellow blue, NOT the usual brown blue, green and yellow.Another option is to change the lead for another IEC lead.
