For a simple, enjoyable, cozy cup
I've been a fan of Sancha Tea Boutique for a few years now. This is one of their really affordable, "daily driver" sort of offerings that is a simple thing - mint flavored green tea - done well. It is a little susceptible to oversteeping, i.e. steeping it too long/at too high a temperature (but if that's your main concern I'd surely suggest getting their peppermint white tea). If you ensure it is not oversteeped, this makes for a lovely cup.
