Source Naturals L-Tyrosine, 500 mg

しょーみ、サプリメントとか気持ちの問題やろ〜ってナメめてたけどこれは凄い。 確実に集中力が上がってる。

It was suggested by my physician to supplement with L-tyrosine to boost my thyroid function (i was low normal). What an improvement in energy and mood. Although these are 500 mg tablets, i cut them in half, and that seems better suited for my needs.

I'm really not sure what benefit this has done for me.

I really appreciated the extra energy and focus from this supplement. I did not take it every day, only when I woke up tired or knew I had a demanding day before me. The size of the tablet is not an issue for me as I just chew it into chunks that are easily swallowed with a glass of water. The taste is very bland with a ever so slight sweetness. However, I quit taking it altogether when I realized it was causing me to have uncomfortable urinary urgency. I stopped and started many times and always experienced the urinary urgency on the days I took the tyrosine. I have no idea what about it is causing the irritation, but I reluctantly had to say, "No more!"
