Cork Lid / Stopper for Mason Jars 4 Pack

I'm so pleased with these corks! They are nice and solid, not flaky, not soft, fit the standard Mason jar like a dream and look very crisp and tidy and beautiful. I love Mason jars but hate the metal two-piece lids. Always wanted corks, but couldn't find good ones before. I emailed customer service with a question and they responded immediately-- thanks, Ryan! These may seem a little pricey compared to other Mason top options, but trust me, they just look better! I have already placed another order. Very satisfied!

Good fit for wide mouth Mason jars. Not ant-proof but otherwise useful for keeping food protected. We store everything from dried fruit to kosher salt with these. We don't live in a particularly humid environment and I don't know if the results would vary if we did. Quick note: don't get too excited like I did and push hard on the lids...I had to dig a few out with a spoon! A few taps on the top should suffice to create a seal.

We needed a new lid for a terrarium and these cork lids worked perfectly. It keeps a nice seal and looks nice.

Love these stoppers for Mason jars! I purchased these because I'm making some Christmas presents out of Mason jars, & I thought the cork stoppers would look much better than Mason Jar lids. It has really brought these to a whole new level! I am not quite finished with the jars yet. But will submit pictures when I do. These are are a nice fit & not too expensive, arrived in record time & excellent condition.

With water in your jar, then the cork lid is airtight and is impermeable to the water getting through. However if you have the jar under the sun, and then turn your jar upside down, water seeps all the way through the cork lid and appears in bubbles on the surface, and slips through the sides of the lid, too. Very interesting property of cork, that it seems to... shrink? Allowing water to get through the pores? Under the heat of the sun.

The cork tops came quickly and they fit great! Good quality, perfect for my application. Always looking for applications to reinvent common items, this is a great candy dish using a old candle base, mason jar and cork top with a drawer pull!
