I'm trying my hand at making a cabinet and I thought I'd get fancy with pin holes for adjustable shelves. Thing was, the concept seemed simple but while contemplating the execution, I sprained a few brain cells. "Surely there's a jig for this!" Yeah, there are plenty. When I saw this one from Milescraft, I knew I'd love it. I don't have a single Milescraft product I'm not satisfied with. They're great and this one is no exception. The construction is solid. The quality is outstanding. I hate falling into the trap of "this thing feels too light to be any good," but I sometimes do. This thing is heavy - but in a heavy-duty way. The only thing I'd offer to prospective buyers: Make SURE you tighten down your stop collar or you'll ...well, I needn't say more. I own it; the error was mine and no fault of the product. Lesson learned though.

This is one of those tools that you didn't know you needed until you got one. I bought two. One for me and one for a mad keen woodworking mate. Sure, you can do the same thing with a chisel, but this does it just right. (my chisels always seem to be blunt whenever I need them). My mate? He loves it.
