Very good flavor
We first found this at our local Costco and fell in love with the product. We haven't seen them at Costco since so we're glad we found them on Amazon.

SO good.
This stuff is the best. Lasts for quite a while in the fridge and can be added to so many dishes. Even the oil is a delicious add on for dishes.

Sinfully delicious!
What a genuine delight! These truffles are in olive oil (not some cheap seed oil) and have a full, rich, delicious aroma and taste. These give so many dishes a new twist! Delicious beyond description!

Love this vendor
Hard to find, price has climbed immensely, but if you cook with truffles, this is a reliable brand. The lesser star is due only to price jump.

A rare treat
I was dubious but this stuff is delicious. It was very fresh tasting. As good as eating a truffle pasta dish in Italy. Saute some garlic in some of the truffle oil. Cook some pasta. Once drained, add the garlic, mix, top with some of the truffles. Add parmesan. Also good as a spread but the truffle taste is strong so a little is better. Pricey but truffles are expensive and this is a great treat.

Shaved black truffle slices (you can see each actual slice) in olive oil. I used to get this product at Costco, but now it seems I can only find it here on Amazon. Just made the most delicious garlic bread with this. Yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy.

Excellent product
There are other producers of similar product I like as well, but for price this has the others beat. I have gone through many jars in the past year and bought four for an event I'm doing next week. Also, to the person who bought these and complained that they grew a blue fuzz once refrigerated? No, that wasn't fuzz, that was olive oil congealing under refrigeration. Once back at room temperature, that disappears. Yes some mold might form after several months--this IS food after all--but if you store them immediately after opening and use them in a reasonable amount of time, you won't have any problem.
